What is PiYo?


PiYo® combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.


But there’s no time to stop and chant ommm—because you won’t pose—you’ll push it. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean..., beautiful physique. And, there’s no need to spend hours hopping from class to class. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one empowering PiYo workout!


PiYo is suitable for a range of fitness levels as exercises can be modified.  You will need a towel and some water as you will sweat.  It is fantastic for cross training as we work to increase our flexibility, mobility and strength. (All classes are approximately an hour long).

Mobility Strength

Mobility strength is a fusion of stretch and strength based moves.  The class is at a slightly slower pace than PiYo, but utilises all the great benefits of Pilates and Yoga and body conditioning.  Classes are 30 minutes and you will need a mat. Exercises can be modified to suit different levels.

£20 pcm Online only membership

£7 = pay as you go single class.
