What is PiYo LIVE?
PiYo® LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small.
But there’s no time to stop and chant ommm—because you won’t pose—you’ll push it. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean..., beautiful physique. And, there’s no need to spend hours hopping from class to class. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one empowering PiYo LIVE workout!
PiYo is suitable for a range of fitness levels as exercises can be modified. You will need a towel and some water as you will sweat. It is fantastic for cross training as we work to increase our flexibility, mobility and strength. (All classes are approximately an hour long).

FLOW FIT CLASS
Flow Fit is a fusion of stretch and strength based moves. The class is at a slightly slower pace than PiYo, but utilises all the great benefits of Pilates and Yoga and body conditioning. Classes are approximately and hour long and you will need a mat. Exercises can be modified to suit different levels.

Saturday 9am – Wessex Primary School
£30 pcm direct debit payment which gives you Unlimited Classes on the Achieva class schedule.
£60 = 10 class pass, available to use at any Achieva class.
£7 = pay as you go single class.
Payments can be made online via our website, www.achievapilates.co.uk You can also pay cash, cheque or card in class. Bank transfer details are available from Liz on request.
