I will deliver to you electronically, via a private members only Facebook group:

- Full Body Conditioning
- All low impact/non impact with lots of modifications available for all levels of fitness.
ALL these workouts are delivered to you in 10-15 minute videos uploaded directly to a private Facebook group that only group members have access to. You can view these videos on your smartphone, tablet or laptop making them accessible wherever you are.
The 21 day plan also includes a full Kick Start Fat Loss nutritional guide to help you lose weight and achieve a lifestyle change. This is NOT a diet. This is up to date nutritional information that focuses on CLEAN EATING.
Cutting out processed foods and refined sugars. Cooking healthy meals from scratch. Remember – Abs are made in the kitchen not just the gym. You will receive the Kick Start Fat Loss Elimination Plan which provides recipes for 30 breakfasts, 30 lunches and 30 dinners, and also a shopping list to enable you to create your own clean eating meals.
I am available to give you online support and motivation. Some members have used my online programme to improve their fitness and add variety to their workouts, and some members are using the workouts and nutritional information to help with healthy weight loss. We check our results by tape measure not the scales, so you can accurately see from week to week how you are progressing.
HOW DO I JOIN?

In order to register I will need your email address and you will also need to have access to Facebook as this is where the workouts will be posted daily in a private Facebook group that only members can view.
The 21 day plan is £27. Payment can be made in the following ways:

The initial nutritional information will be sent out the week before launch so that gives you time to review the shopping list and get some ingredients in to get cooking!
The only equipment you need is a mat, and ideally some hand weights, but you can modify by using bottles of water. All the workouts can be done in a small space at home.
